Ms. Shannon started dancing in 1986, she continued taking classes until she graduated college. 

Shannon started performing and competing on dance teams when she entered middle school and continued in high school where she became Captain of the Elite Team. Shannon continued her dance experience by dancing for NKU Elite Norse Dance Team for 5 years. 

While attending NKU Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with areas of concentration in English, History, Physical Education/Recreation Fitness, and Dance. Starting in 1999 Ms. Shannon coached local Northern Kentucky and Indiana middle and high schools dance teams. She started teaching for WEBBY Dance in 2011, and in 2013 Ms. Shannon became the Northern Kentucky Franchise owner.

Ms. Taylor has been dancing over 30 years. She danced competitively  throughout high school. Ms Taylor has worked in childcare for 20 years. 

Ms. Ellie started dancing in 2016 on her middle school dance team. She continued to dance throughout high school where she was the captain of the Ryle Raiderette Dance Team. Ms Ellie started as a WEBBY volunteer helping with classes at our studio location and volunteering at shows when she was 12. Ms Ellie started teaching for WEBBY full time in 2023. She is currently a student at UC working on a nutrition degree. 

Ms. Natalie started dancing when she was 4 years old at a local dance studio. She was a WEBBY volunteer at our studio location while she was in high school. Ms Natalie started teaching for WEBBY full time in 2023. She currently teaches in the summer and on school breaks. She currently attends UK working on a journalism degree.
